College Office
Office of the Krishnagar Women’s College is aimed to provide easy, automated and hassle free services to its students with several wings of the office. Staff of office try to solve the problems of the students, if arises, with highest priority and humanity as the large number of students are from the marginal portion of the society and they are the first generation from their family in main stream education system. Services offered from the College Office as follows_
College Automation System (C.A.S 7.1 Version)
- Students can access their all college related data through log in ‘Student Portal’ with their student ID and password (provided from the College just after taking final admission) where from they can pay fees time to time as required (under the guidance of the Admin of the software) and auto generated payment receipt is provided at the successful payment of the fees.
- Students can change subjects as per the combination, required at the time of final admission to next semester as per the course structure of the University of Kalyani.
Assistance to avail scholarships
- College office assist to avail various scholarship to the students provided from the Government and Non- Government end as follows_
- Backward Class welfare Dept., Govt. of West Bengal - for the students belonging to SC, ST, OBC-B category ( applied through OASIS portal)
- WBMDFC, Govt. of the West Bengal – SVMCM, Post Metric, TSP ( applied through Aikyashree portal as per the marks obtained in the last qualified examination)
- WBHED, Govt. of West Bengal – SVMCM (applied through SVMCM portal)
- Facility for Renewal and upgradation of the application of KANYASHREE PRAKALPA is offered from the as per the criteria of the concerned department of Govt. of West Bengal.
- Apart from these, needy and meritorious students who are not financially well sounded are assisted to apply for the financial grant from The Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
- Students are also assisted to avail scholarship provided from NSP, Priyangbada Devi Birla Memorial fund, Department of Armed Forces ( only to the students whose guardian serving/served in the said forces) etc.
